Oh, Alex! Happy 9th birthday to our wild second child who keeps us on our toes, impresses us constantly with her creativity and kindness and is arguably the most determined person I’ve ever met! Never change!

It felt like an endless summer of sunshine in the UK this year, with countless memories made.
Paddleboarding at the beach, sunsets for days, Guinness World Records (!!!), catching up with family and friends, celebrating birthdays, weddings and new babies, every minute was filled with fun. Same time next year?

Milestone moments this week with T officially finishing Primary School today! August will see her go up into Secondary School and take on a whole new host of challenges (and I’m sure, a whole new calendar of after-school activities!)

With A finishing Year 3 this week, it means that both girls have spent longer at their international school in Singapore than in any other country! It also means a lot of first and last day photos in different uniforms!

Being at an international school always means some hard goodbyes, and this year is no different with both girls saying goodbye to some amazing friends and teachers. But, what a year of incredible memories that it’s been for both of them!

Here’s to a lovely summer break for them, time back in the UK for all of us and an exciting new school year in August!

Friendships worth travelling for.
Singapore to Seattle and back again, but oh so worth it to hang out with best friends.
This was one for the memory books!
