Weekends without brunch are a distant memory as we’ve switched romantic dinners out for brunches with the kids. Thankfully we have some of the best brunches and breakfasts in #TheFestivalTown so here’s my rundown of where to go next time you’re looking for a spot at the best brunch in Cheltenham. If you’re staying in Cheltenham for business, pleasure or one of the many festivals, or perhaps you’re visiting the Cotswold town to enjoy Cheltenham Races, make sure you build in time to enjoy one of the fantastic brunch restaurants in Cheltenham. Whether you’re looking for a full English, vegan menus, bottomless or plenty of eggs, there’s a brunch option for everyone!
WoodKraft
My all-time favourite place to get brunch in Cheltenham is WoodKraft on Regent Street. With plenty of sweet, savoury, vegan or full-English options, you won’t be disappointed! As for my order? I can almost guarantee, it’ll be the Avocado Rosti!
Arc Espresso Deli
Near to Cheltenham train station, Arc Espresso Deli is the perfect choice for brunch if you’re looking to meet up outside of the town centre. Delicious pastries, avocado or eggs and all served with a perfect cup of coffee. I love their chocolate babka!
The Find
Moving back to the coffee corridor that is Regent Street in Cheltenham, another great choice for brunch in Cheltenham is The Find. The smashed pea and broad bean on sourdough makes a genius (and more sustainable) alternative to the classic smashed av on toast! The Find also offers lots of brunch choices for Cheltenham Race Week, as well as a great afternoon tea menu!
Baker & Graze
Award-winning sourdough, delicious (and local) Cacklebean eggs and one of the best coffees in Cheltenham are all on the menu if you opt for brunch at Baker & Graze in The Suffolks, Cheltenham. You can also buy a loaf of their famous sourdough to take home. For the budding bakers amongst you, Baker & Graze also run sourdough workshops at their Cheltenham-based bakery!
No 3 Restaurant
If you’re after a truly special place to eat the best brunch in Cheltenham, add No 3 Restaurant to your list. Run by Executive Chef, Tom Rains and ex-England Rugby Star/Winner of MasterChef 2011, Phil Vickery, No 3 offers up local Cotswolds produce at its best. Try one of their many “on toast” options, or sample the eponymous “Phil’s Cooked Breakfast”?
The Ivy
Last but by no means least is The Ivy. For those of you looking to eat your breakfast in beautiful interiors, The Ivy is a brilliant choice for brunch in Cheltenham. Why not try one of their traditional breakfast choices? Or, for the more adventurous try one of their unique brunch main courses.
